Angelina & Neches River Railroad (ANR)
Founded as a logging railroad in the 1880s, the Angelina and Neches River Railroad (ANR) is a short-line based in Lufkin, Texas operating on 11 miles of track from Dunagan, Texas to an interchange with Union Pacific Railroad at Lufkin.
The ANR also operates a short portion of track formerly belonging to the East Texas Railroad and the Texas Southeastern Railroad with traffic consisting of lumber, foundry products, paper, plywood, chemicals, limestone, scrap iron, steel, and clay.
