The Owego Harford Railway is a 26.7 mile shortline operating on ex-Lehigh Valley trackage between Owego, NY and Harford Mills, NY. The OHRY leases the property on a long-term lease from the owner, Tioga County Industrial Development Agency (TCIDA).
The OHRY is headquartered in Owego and is part of a holding company that has several other shortlines including the Luzerne & Susquehanna and the Lehigh Railway.
