The Grainbelt Corporation (GNBC) is a roughly 176 mile short line railroad from Enid to Frederick, Oklahoma that began operations in 1987 over state owned tracks. It also operates about 59 miles of trackage and/or haulage rights over the BNSF Railway from Snyder, Oklahoma to Quanah, Texas.

In addition to its Midwest operations, the FMRC also operates the Finger Lakes Railway (which about 168 miles of railroad in New York State) as part of a joint venture.
