I caught the Wellsboro & Corning #309 in Wellsboro, PA back on August 19, 2016.. The locomotive is an ex-QNSL (Quebec, North Shore & Labrador) SD40-2 with the typical extras found on many Canadian locos. It’s Genesee & Wyoming ownership now obvious at this point.
